What’s the venue capacity? The venue holds 100 people (including staff).
Can i make a pre-order with my booking? Of course! We know the best way to kick off celebrations are to get the drinks ready ahead of time. That way you can walk in a the party is on straight away. Simply let us know if you’d like to make a pre-order when you make an enquiry and we can arrange the details nice and easily
Are there any booking requirements? Depending on the group size we usually require a card authentication or deposit is required.
Do you cater for food? Unfortunately we don’t serve food in house aside from bar snacks. If you would like to bring food down please let us know in advance what you have in mind and/or if it will be possible.
How can i use my deposit? If you’re fortunate enough to have a booking size that requires a deposit you have the luxury of choosing the best way to use that deposit. You are welcome to place it on a tab for you and friends to use or alternatively the deposit can be put towards a pre-order that you and guests can enjoy upon arrive.
Do you do private hire? The venue is a great space for celebrating any occasion. Whether it’s corporate, birthdays, weddings or just a good excuse to enjoy the weekend, we are here to make your occasion as big of a success as we can. If you are looking to hire the venue exclusively there are certain requirements we have to consider:
Date/Timings. - Depending on the day of the week, times you like to start/finish the event
Any special requirements i.e. music, catered food.
Once all this information is collated we will then calculate a hire fee and a minimum spend required.
What if i have a special request for my booking? Not a problem! When you make the enquiry with us for your reservation just let us know of any requests you have in mind and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Do you have a dress code? There is no strict code, all we ask you wear what makes you feel your best and have a great time - as long as it’s clothed!
Do you keep any lost property? We do retain any items found in the venue that have not been claimed. If you do think you have lost anything in the venue please ring us or email as soon as you’re aware you have lost the item. If you are going to ring the venue please ring from 3:30pm onwards. Any items that are found are held for up to 3 weeks and if unclaimed after that time are disposed of.
